Have we got half the teachers we used to have when the student population was more than twice what it is today?

Also, Warwick is the only district that counts IEP students as 1.5 or 2 students. This makes Warwick a magnet for special needs families. The last number I remember was 350 IEP's in Warwick and 84 in Cranston. If I had a special needs child and was poor I would move to Warwick. This makes the burden on the average taxpayer more onerous.
