The Town of Foxboro would have to approve any deal. That is unlikely to happen. Plus,Foxboro would be too close to the other designated area {Southeastern Mass.} to get the support of the Governor. The most likely scenario is for the Boston area site going to Suffolk {supported by Mayor Menino},with the Southeastern Mass. site being in the New Bedford area. In addition,Kraft's slight of hand by "leasing" his property to the casino developer to comply with NFL rules has quite an odor to it.

As far as Quonset goes,unless the law is changed to not allow the local community to have a vote on approving it,I wouldn't bet on the residents of N.K. going for it.Not by a long shot.
