In a public hearing 3 YEARS AGO, Warwick school authorities stated they should have started the redistricting process 5 YEARS AGO, meaning they kept kicking the can down the road for the last 8 years. Schools take up the overwhelming part of the city budget. Redistrict now, close a high school and whatever others you need to close and cut expenses. Now. Get it done. And stop saying you don't know which way the airport is going to expand as an excuse. The plan is finalized. If it expands, it will go South.
