We are most certainly not past the point of public comment because RIAC refuses to reveal its financials, its cost benefit analysis, and its stimulus funds accountings. Do you think the federal discretionary account of $200 million for the entire country is a private piggy bank for the Airport Corporation? Many of us are upset with how RIAC is refusing to reveal its financials because it is "trying to protect the public!"
