What a joke ! The 17th is Rosh Hashanah, a Jewish high holy day, and she hopes the date will be changed so people can observe the holiday. I am sure that if the meeting is moved, city hall will be able to accomodate the abundance of people normally at city council meetings but would have missed the meeting on the 17th due to Rosh Hashanah.
