I agree with Councilman Solomon. We should be offering the same deal to private investors that we are to DEM. Avedisian was quick to institute the car tax but yet he forgives millions owed to the city.
Scottie doesn't know what he is doing......thankfully we have Councilman Solomon looking out for the taxpayers.
