Report Inappropriate Comments

I like public transportation, and think RIPTA needs to be financed properly, but the #1 revenue increase should be doubling the price of the commuter fares. Even if the price doubles to $4.00 each way from Warwick to Providence its still a great value because you don't have to pay for parking. I'm okay with dedicated revenue streams going to DOT, but don't think for a second that the state will cut expenditures to fir into the revenue.
