"He observed that, on the morning Fay was killed [police said it was May 17 between 4:30 and 4:45 a.m.], a woman heard someone screaming for help, but instead of calling police, told her sister." REALLY?!?!?!? Is she retarded? Special needs? Low IQ? Just a mean selfish person? Is she a drunk? WHO ... who... in their right and normal mind does not call 911 in such a situation>?!!>!>! I hope her conscience is getting to her!!!!
