I would go all the way and crush the other States with ZERO sales tax. This should be about creating JOBS not collecting sales tax.
Lower the income taxes while your at it and they will run to RI instead of running away.
Why buy on the internet if you can go to your local store and pick it up assuming pricing is close.
This would be a major move for JOBS.
