Warwick was filled with coke in the 80's. The war on drugs was won in Warwick and now there is virtually no street dealing. Nieghborhood dealing is around but no big deal. The so called war on drugs still has pockets of troubled areas, mostly inner cities. The problem with legalization is that there is no turning back. McCartney would tell you that you could get rid of half of all cops if there weren't alcohol around.
