I drive the circulator every day and it works. Not pleasant, but it does flow, RI drivers seem to manage fine. The new scheme is bound to be an improvement and may create a little downtown in Apponaug. See the Projo article, this project also rectifies some environmental river and wetlands issues. This is a good effort.
