Yes, you got your sewers with revenue bonds and no general obligation bonds that is great… NOT! 3 major things happened.

1) Some people in Warwick were just priced out of their homes which is very sad. 2) The fact that revenue bonds are being used means usage fees will be increased to cover debt because I cannot see how the WSA will manage these funds correctly when in the past they have not, 3) The city of Warwick (meaning our elected folks) just allowed WSA who are all appointed not elected decide how this project will be financed, why not put it to a vote to allow tax payers to decide??

Though sewers very well may be the answer I am not here to argue that it very may well be it is the process used to answer the funding question of the project. When this is looked at again years down the road it will have done is left debt to the next generation causing the next generation to move to a place where the overhead of home ownership is more manageable and it will help with the gentrification of certain sections of Warwick...
