"RIAC returns from visit to bond agencies with ‘treats’ "...Does that mean they found someone to buy this albatross? REFUNDING and refinancing ...again? Just curious, but what is the total amount in dollars of outstanding bonded debt? What percentage of the total budget is being used for bonded debt service? Does the RIAC get a subsidy from the annual State budget, like the Convention Center Authority, (around $20M they got to keep from defaulting) if so, how much and what year did that begin? How much is the MBTA paid to run trains to the airport and North Kingstown? Yeah I know, I know, a million here a million there and pretty soon you are talking about real money.
