More money down a rat hole? Let's see, if the schools that were running at 50% capacity were consolidated when they should have been, ( gotta have that job protection ya know) if we didn't have that windbag McNamara spending money like a drunken sailor on "feel good" legislation that had a nefarious purpose, like forcing kids to stay in school till age 18 even though by 16 they have become nothing but hoodlums in the classroom, maybe there might be money for this other jobs bill...I think Stark may be correct, Don't raise the bridge, lower the river.
