Great! The owner can finally do something besides leave us for YEARS having to living next to his rodent infested, neglected, hideouts for suspicious people who squat in abandoned cottages. This owner is atrocious and never took care of the property until it was in his own best interest. He could have done something to at least visually improve the property for the past 7 years instead of leaving it like a property in utter ruins.
$400,000 for a house and $600,000 for a condo?? Please let me know when you are departing back to your home planet Mr. Owner and Developer.
