Using your position as a police officer to punish your political opponents is clearly against the law and the investigation has determined that this happened. How would you like it if the police followed you around and ticketed you because you didn't do their bidding. He's lucky he's not going to jail. Lets hope the union doesn't save his job. The power entrusted to the police is extreme and great trust is given to those that have it. A trust once broken can not return while he remains in power.
