I moved to Warwick about fifteen year's ago to start a family in this beauitful city and was told that sewers would be coming in acouple of years. I'm still waiting. Ed Ladouceur told me that the first project he would address is getting Sewers in .Ed understands that the Highland Beach area is in need of sewers. With septic systems failing and cespools outdated. There is a small group of people fighting him the whole way. I want to say that your not speaking for us( HIGHLAND BEACH). I want sewers, people in this area want them and we need them. The time is now! This is a challeging task and we are grateful that we have Ed Ladouceur in our corner. We support you Ed ! Please keep up the good fight.
