@Davebarry - I have a serious problem when over 50 percent of every new tax dollar allocated to the city budget in the last ten years goes to retired employee benefits.

Everything is fine for you Dave since you getting your promised free lifetime healthcare and your COLA. The hell with everything else in the city, right Dave? Don't be surprised some day when all this comes crashing down.
