3 Coldwell Banker teams earn top ratings

Three sales teams affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England’s Warwick office were ranked among Rhode Island’s most productive real estate teams based on closed transaction sides in 2013. The Stone Alliance ranked No. 6 in the state with 116.6 closed transactions in 2013, according to the 2014 REAL Trends Best Agents in America list. The Fooks Team came in at No. 9 on the list, with 87 transactions, while The Lazarus Group came in at No. 11, with 82.6 transactions. 

To qualify for the list, sales agents had to close more than 50 sides or $20 million in sales volume, and teams had to have more than 75 closed sides or $30 million in sales volume. 

Each of the teams has consistently been recognized for their sales achievements. Most recently, The Stone Alliance, The Fooks Team and The Lazarus Group were recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Team award. This prestigious award is presented to the top 18 percent of all sales associate teams nationally in the Coldwell Banker system.
