A red, white and blue tradition
Cheryl Leonard and her mother, Linda Meaker, add a touch of color with the planting of flowers at the graves of family members.

As has been the practice for years, flags bearing the names of veterans buried at Pawtuxet Memorial Park lined the cemetery’s roads for the Memorial Day weekend. The display attracts family and friends of the deceased and many others who enjoy the solemnity of the location.
