Nicholas and Karen Sammartino of Johnston announce the engagement of their daughter, Adrianna Nicole Sammartino, to Adolfo Ionkoff, son of Luis and Maria Ionkoff of Cranston.

The future bride is a graduate of La Salle Academy and Rhode Island College. She is a special education teacher.

The future groom is a graduate of Cranston West High School. He is employed by the City of Providence.

The couple is planning a July 20, 2013 wedding.
