The New England Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAINE) is presenting Almost Free Legal Advice – Condo Laws Addressed and Legal Questions Answered on Saturday May 5, 2012 at the Holiday Inn Mansfield/Foxboro from 8:30-Noon.

The half-day program for condominium owners, board members, trustees and professional managers includes presentations by experienced condominium attorneys on issues that challenge condominium boards and owners including reasonable accommodations, collections, rentals and rules enforcement. The decisions that boards and managers make in the process of doing a condo associations daily business can have legal ramifications. Speakers will provide an understanding of complex condominium laws and offer their seasoned opinions in answering audience questions. Listen to the questions of other association leaders and homeowners and learn from the answers of community association attorneys. Attendees will gain essential, relevant and timely information to address common issues that many condominium associations are dealing with on a regular basis.
