Fresh off its first district tournament victory in several years, the Warwick American Little League 12-year-old all-stars made it two in a row on Monday night. Behind the pitching of Tyler Parks (above), American topped Chariho 1-0 in a loser’s bracket game to stay alive again. American had beaten Warwick National on Friday, after an opening-round loss to Warwick West Side. The team was scheduled to play another loser’s bracket game on Wednesday, with results unavailable at press time. (File photo)
