A Christmas tree lighting ceremony sponsored by the Apponaug Area Improvement Association will take place Nov. 30 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the heart of Apponaug, located on Post Road. The Pilgrim High School Chorus plans to perform Christmas carols and holiday songs, and Santa is set to arrive on a Warwick fire truck. All stores will be open and refreshments will be served in the Warwick Museum of Art.
