Arthur Earl Brown III

Arthur Earl Brown III, 51, passed away at home on Thursday, June 12, 2014 in Verdigris, Oklahoma. Arthur died from heart disease, which he had suffered from for many years.

Arthur was the son of Arthur E. Brown Jr. and Mildred E. Brown of Warwick. Arthur was an Administrator for the Perma-Jack System in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to his move to OK, he was the Communications Coordinator for the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency in Framingham, Massachusetts. Previously in Massachusetts, Arthur was a Forensic Service Coordinator for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Boston. Prior to his positions in Massachusetts, he was a Forensic Agent for the State of Rhode Island, Office of the Medical Examiner. Arthur was a graduate of Warwick Veterans Memorial High School in Warwick, RI Class of 1981.

He is survived by his wife, Tanyia, and his daughter, Chelsea Smith of Oklahoma. He also leaves behind his sister, Holly Hopkins and her husband, Michael of Benton, Illinois; brothers Steven Brown and his wife, Lori of West Greenwich; Scott Brown and his wife, Mara of Cape Coral, Florida; niece Jennifer and nephews Matthew, Ryan, Dean, and Eric.

His funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Perry-McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be held on Thursday 4-7.
