Daniel Meyer joins the corporate & commercial law team of Duffy & Sweeney with significant experience in general corporate law, real estate development and financing and mergers and acquisitions. Meyer represents firm clients in the manufacturing, real estate, banking, private equity and venture capital sectors. Prior to joining Duffy & Sweeney, Meyer practiced for six years at two Rhode Island based law firms. Admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Meyer is a 2008 graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law and received his BA in 2002 from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. A resident of Warwick, Meyer serves as a board member and secretary for the Institute for the Study & Practice of Nonviolence, a nationally lauded organization that targets the reduction of gang violence in Rhode Island.
