Bazaars

A bazaar will be held Dec. 1 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Randall Holden Elementary School sponsored by the PTA. The school is located at 61 Hoxsie Ave., Warwick.Greenwood Community Church, Presbyterian, 805 Main Ave., Warwick, will its Biennial Holiday Bazaar on Dec. 1.

The Presbyterian Women of Greenwood Community Church, 805 Main Ave., Warwick, will hold their Country Christmas Bazaar Dec. 1 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Featured will be a country store, kitchen cupboard, a silent auction, bake shoppe, Christmas shoppe with fresh greens and homemade ornaments, gift baskets and containers in the gift garden, attic treasures, and the Snowflake Cafe serving coffee and lunch with homemade soups, sandwiches and desserts. Proceeds help support the Presbyterian Women in their mission projects. The church is handicapped accessible.

A huge holiday bazaar and affordable shopping event to benefit Furniture Bank of R.I. will be held Dec. 1 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. New and used toys, furniture, house wares, small appliances, visit with Santa, holiday decorations, fresh Christmas trees, new and used clothing, accessories and more. A great way to shop or the holidays. For more information or to rent a table for $10, call 831-5516. The event will be held at 20 River Ave., Providence.

The Meadowbrook Terrace Association will have their annual bazaar Dec. 1 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at 2220 Warwick Ave. Home baked goods, handmade ornaments, raffle. Join them for lunch.

The Exeter/West Greenwich PTA will have a holiday bazaar and craft show on Dec. 1 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m at Metcalf Elementary School, 30 Nooseneck Hill Rd., Exeter, featuring over 50 local crafters such as jewelry, woodcrafts, floral, purses, holiday ornaments, handmade soaps and more. A Kids Korner shopping are, nothing over $5, Animaland, where children can stuff and dress their own animal, pictures with Santa, holiday cafe, stop in for lunch and a homemade baked good. Also cards for cause gift cards and a Disney World Ticket raffle, penny social and more.

The Annual Christmas Bazaar will be held at St. Peter's & St. Andrews's Church, 25 Pomona Ave., Providence, Dec. 1 from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. There will be a fabulous penny social table, holiday gifts, white elephant, games of chance, decorating fun, arts & crafts and a lunch counter. Bring the little ones because Santa will be there.

Spring Green Memorial Church, 1350 Warwick Ave., will hold its annual holiday bazaar Dec. 1 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Featured will be baked goods, penny social, raffle, gifts and decorations. Lunch will be served. For more information call the church office at 463-8328.

There will be at Holiday Mini Mall at the URI Memorial Union Dec. 5 and Dec. 6 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Shop in the Union, where over 30 specialty retailers will be in one location for your shopping convenience. Also in the Union will be URI's 7th Annual Spirit of Giving Holiday Drive. Give toys, clothing and gift cards. Donation boxes will located on the first floor of the Memorial Union at Ronzios, Total Image Hair Salon, University Optometrist, RI Credit Union and Campus Copy and Design.
