Trinity Assembly of God, 2119 Hartford Ave., Johnston, is having its annual Winter Bazaar Nov. 8 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Start your Christmas shopping early. There will be many vendors and a silent auction. Grab some baked goods to go. Sit down for lunch and chat. Rummage through the Granny’s Attic (yard sale section). St. Kevin Parish will hold its annual Christmas Bazaar Nov. 8 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at Bishop Hendricken High School, 2615 Warwick Avenue. The bazaar will feature handcrafted items, baked goods, turkey trot, attic treasures, penny social, basket raffles and much more. Vendors will offer specialty items for sale, and meals and snacks will be available all day in the cafeteria. The large Christmas raffle will have over 60 prizes valued from $50 to $500. Ample parking is available in the lot off Oakland Beach Avenue. Please enter at the rear of the school.

St. Mark’s Church, 111 West Shore Road, Annual Holiday Fair “Woodland Animals Fair” will be held Nov. 15 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Featuring the best Penny Social in town, raffles, Santa at 12 noon, lunch 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Booths with pastry and deli items, gift baskets, crafts, ornaments and a kids gift purchase area. Raffle and penny social drawings at 3 p.m.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 449 will hold their annual turkey trot holiday raffle Nov. 15 at the post home, 197 Providence St., West Warwick. The raffle will feature many prizes of turkeys, holiday baskets, food items, holiday gifts and toys. The raffle will begin at 7 p.m. Admission is free and refreshments will be served. Local crafters and statewide vendors will be selling lighthouse and nautical themed items at the Lighthouse Bazaar: Christmas in the Village, Saturday, Nov. 15 at the Woodbury Union Church from 9 to 3, located in the heart of Conimicut Village at 58 Beach Ave. in Warwick. Unique items from around the state feature an assortment of R.I. lighthouses, such as embroidered polo shirts, nautical and lighthouse ornaments, mugs, magnets, note cards and Christmas cards, therapeutic warming pillows, unique gift baskets, over 100 pounds of fudge and baked goods, gourmet foods and gifted gourmet items, knit goods, wreaths, scarves, beach jewelry, attic treasures and so much more. Oak Lawn Community Baptist Church, 229 Wilbur Ave., Cranston, is holding its Holiday Craft Fair and Luncheon Nov. 15 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Fireside luncheon 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Homemade baked goods for sale, White Elephant Room (holiday treasures at great prices), Kids’ Holiday Design n’ Buy Studio – children can create holiday gift bags and then purchase gift items to fill them with (all items $5 and under). The Church of St. Mary presents its annual Bazaar on Broadway Nov. 22 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Nov. 23 from 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The bazaar will be held in the lower level of the Paul Cuffee School, located at 30 Barton St. directly behind the Church of St. Mary, 538 Broadway, Providence. Proceeds will benefit the ministries of St. Mary Church. Admission is free.

Parishioners have been working all year to create unique gifts and decorations including creative holiday greenery, personalized ornaments, home and hostess gifts, “upcycled” crafts, fine knitted fashions, afghans, handcrafted jewelry, stylish accessories, a kiddie boutique and homemade confections. More bargains will be found in the gently used Christmas items and the used book area. Promising to have something for everyone including the shopper’s stomach, there will be a Christmas Café that will feature coffee, pastry, soup, chili and the specialty of the house, authentic Korean dishes prepared by parishioners. St. Barnabas Church, 3257 Post Road in Apponaug, is hosting its 2014 annual bazaar Nov. 22 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. This year’s bazaar features great raffle items, a penny social, handmade crafts, knit and crochet items, baked goods, religious items, theme baskets and attic treasures. Come early for coffee and enjoy delicious lunch in the café. Please bring a non-perishable food item to benefit the Westbay Community Food Bank.

St. Catherine Church, 3252 Post Road, Warwick, will hold its annual bazaar Nov. 22 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. There will be crafts, baked goods, penny social, children’s table, white elephant table and raffles. Sandwiches and other refreshments will be available for lunch.

Armenian Evangelical Church, 180 Oaklawn Ave., Cranston, is having its annual holiday bazaar Nov. 22 from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Meals served all day; enjoy a fine selection of Armenian specialties or choose from one of the delicious dinners including losh kebab, kheyma, kufta or chicken.

Edgewood Congregational Church is looking for vendors for the annual Holiday Festival of Arts to be held Dec. 6 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The bazaar will feature special tables selling gifts, crafts, food items, plants, floral arrangements, antiques and will include a visit from Santa, a straw raffle, entertainment, family fun and fabulous prizes.
