On Saturday, April 27, dozens of counselors from SCORE Rhode Island will be sharing their knowledge, experience and wisdom to help the state’s existing, emerging and start-up businesses. This one-day event, called “A Big SCORE for Small Business,” is being held in celebration of SCORE’s 50th Anniversary of serving the Rhode Island Business community.
“We know what it takes to succeed,” said Bill Welsh, Rhode Island Chapter chair. “Our mission as volunteers is to share our cross-industry expertise to mentor the small companies of Rhode Island and surrounding region in the best practices of all facets of business management.”
Experts in the areas of marketing, finance, accounting, technology and management will be available to speak with anyone who is looking into starting a business or growing their existing one.
This special mega event will be held at the GTECH campus at 55 Technology Way, West Greenwich.
Appointments are free of charge and will be available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 26. Participants must schedule an appointment online at www.bigscoreRI.
