With the scaffolding coming down a board at a time, the restoration work done to the City Hall clock tower is coming into full view. The interior of the dome is lit and the clock and bell is working again. Other work to the building includes the replacement of its decorative urns, balustrades, brass railing leading to the front door and a new brick plaza with a granite seal of the city. Trees in front of the building were removed giving a fresh view of City Hall and its sparkling façade.
