Bruce C. Hundley, age 64, of Warwick, died at home on January 25, 2013. He was the husband of Nancy Quaine Hundley.
Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, a son of the late Glenn and Eleanor (Paulsen) Hundley, he lived in Warwick for over 35 years. He was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War era. Mr. Hundley was employed in technical support sales with the Bosworth Co. in Cranston for many years before retiring. He was a member of Warwick Council #2295 Knights of Columbus, and an active parishioner at St. Rita Church in Warwick.
Besides his wife; he is survived by three daughters, Julie A. Henner of Memphis, Tennessee, Bronwen E. Hundley of Boston, Massachusetts, and Marissa D. Hundley of Warwick, a step-daughter, Maureen Hanoum, and a step-son, James J. Quaine, both of Warwick; a sister, Paula Horning of Jacksonville, Florida, a brother, Conrad Hundley of Lake Butler, Fla.; two grandchildren, five step-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Roy Hundley.
His funeral was held on Thursday, January 31, from the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rita Church, 722 Oakland Beach Avenue, Warwick. Burial with military honors was in the Rhode Island Veterans’ Cemetery, Exeter.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to St. Rita Church.
