St. Peter School is celebrating Catholic Schools Week this week with an Olympic theme. Yesterday, the school children started their week with Opening Ceremonies, including the parade of countries and the torch run. Leading up to the celebration, students spent time researching their country, learning the national anthem and finding photos online of traditional outfits. Pictured are some fourth-graders with their teacher representing Japan, from left: Aidan Moreira, Calei Harris, Olivia Tracy and Jack Ayers with Ms. Megan Kane.
