There’s nothing like some warm weather to get people thinking of summer activities and being back on the water. Richard Titzmann of North Kingstown took the opportunity Sunday to brush and roll on the bottom paint to his 28-foot Pacemaker at Pleasure Marina in Oakland Beach. He’ll also be changing the boat’s name. “The Sting” will come off to be replaced with “Bad Attitude.”
