It’s been a challenge at some places, but home heating oil deliveries – even from out of state – are getting through despite the snow banks and road conditions. Here, Jim Maina and Alan Pratt complete a delivery to a home on Wayne Street. They work for DDLL Energy based in Connecticut. Some years ago the company bought a local distributor and they have about 2,000 Rhode Island customers. Home heating oil range from $2.25 to $2.80 a gallon in Kent County, according to the New England Oil website.
