During December, Clouds Hill Victorian House Museum will be open for tours through rooms decorated for the season. Volunteers dressed in period costumes will give visitors the feeling they have crossed a portal to the past as they view preparations for the holiday season.
Clouds Hill is located at 4157 Post Road in Warwick and has been referred to as one of Rhode Island’s hidden treasures. A private home that has remained in the same family since it was built, the house is listed on the National Register and is also a museum.
For theholiday event, the museum will be open this Saturday from 1-4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 6 from 1-4 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 12 from 1-4 p.m. General admission rates are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $8 for military personnel and college students with ID, and $5 for children under 12.
