The Warwick Symphony Orchestra played a medley of favorites to an enthusiastic audience, and as a prelude to the Gaspee Days fireworks display, Friday evening at Pawtuxet Park. Families spread blankets and people brought their lawn chairs and refreshments for the new addition to the annual Gaspee Days celebration, which culminates this weekend with the parade on Saturday and the burning of the Gaspee on Sunday afternoon. At right, enjoying the music are Elizabeth and Chris Bullock and their children Cameron and Elsa. (Warwick Beacon photos)
