Cranston native Marissa Castelli, who won a bronze medal with the U.S. figure skating team at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, is being welcomed home tonight, Feb. 24, with an event at Providence College.
NBC 10 is hosting the gathering at Schneider Arena, with Frank Carpano, the station’s sports director, to serve as emcee.
The event begins at 8 p.m. and is free and open to the public without tickets or reservations, although parking is extremely limited.
NBC 10 will stream the event live on its website, www.turnto10.com, and will air the event Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 7 p.m.
