Dakota is a 7-year-old male Siberian husky that was found as a stray. He is not particularly happy being at the shelter, since Huskies are by nature fairly active and need physical activity. Dakota is no exception, but because he is a mature adult, he is not quite as active as his adolescent counterparts. Those at the shelter say a secure, fenced-in area or a commitment to leash walking the dog would work best since huskies love to run; they do not recommend letting huskies off leash or having an electric fence. If you are interested in adopting this beautiful, playful boy, contact the Warwick Animal Shelter at 468-4377. (Submitted photo)
