To the Editor:
One of my most interesting memories of my teenage years in Warwick Downs was the brave acts by Barbara Eden, a tall, well built young lady, who lived on Navashon Ave. across from my Uncle Joe’s grocery store.
Whenever the weather was decent, she would run to Swedish Beach and daringly dive into Narragansett Bay and swim to and from the channel markers, she deserves our praise!
