Disney’s ‘Frozen’ Princess Sing-A-Long live at the Greenwich Odeum

Posted

It’s a “Frozen” sing-a-long celebration. Watch the smash hit Disney movie-musical “Frozen” on the big screen, complete with sing-a-long lyrics, and belt out your favorite tunes like “Do You Want To Build a Snowman?” “Love is an Open Door” and, of course, “Let it Go.”

All children ticket holders will also receive a special goodie bag filled with magical treats to use throughout the movie. A snowball that never melts? What about glowing ice powers of your own? Who knows what else you’ll find inside each bag.

But that’s not all; children will be led in song by the Snow Sisters themselves, live in person and on stage. Actresses from Simply Enchanted will be there for songs and magic during the movie, plus there will be photos, autographs and a live meet-and-greet following each show. Come sing along with Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, Sven and all your other favorites at the Greenwich Odeum.

There are six performances on three dates: Jan. 17 at 1 p.m., Jan. 17 at 6 p.m., Feb. 7 at 11:30 a.m., Feb. 7 at 3 p.m., March 7 at 12 noon and March 7 at 3:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for children, $12 for adults. All performances will take place at the historic Greenwich Odeum, 59 Main Street, East Greenwich.

For tickets and information, visit www.theodeum.

org, call 885-4000 or visit greenwichodeum@gmail.com. Same day ticket sales are welcome, but ticket availability is limited, and some performances may sell out. Disney’s “Frozen” Sing-A-Long Celebration at The Greenwich Odeum is sponsored by GenCorp.

The Odeum was first opened in 1926 as The Greenwich Theater, and after several incarnations is alive and well again as a live performing arts venue. A new journey for this vintage vaudeville house has begun. Join in celebrating this historic theater by attending performances, volunteering and donating.
