Democratic nominee for governor Gina Raimondo made a quick stop at the Pilgrim Senior Center yesterday to shake hands and ask that voters consider her at the polls today. By chance, both she and Republican Mayor Allan Fung showed up at Dave’s Bar and Grill Sunday afternoon before the start of the Patriots/Broncos game. The two are in such a tight race that pollsters aren’t prepared to call a winner. And while the candidates went into the home stretch, crews set up polls for today’s vote. Here, Michael Feolito assembles polling tables at the William Shields Post in Conimicut. The polls open today at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Pictured with Raimondo is Francis Canning.
