Earl H. Potter, Jr., 102, of Warwick passed away on Sunday at Sunny View Nursing Home. He was the beloved husband of the late Harriet M. (Ashley) Potter.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Earl H. Potter and Ethel (Varnum) Potter. Earl was a Machinist for Pan America until his retirement in 1975 and served in The United States Army during World War II. He enjoyed building and repairing radios and traveling with his late wife.

Loving father of Gloria M. Kaye of Warwick. Cherished grandfather of three, great-grandfather of nine and great-great-grandfather of two.

The family would like to thank the staff of Sunny View Nursing Home for the exceptional care Earl received.

Relatives and friends are invited to Calling Hours on Thursday from 4-6 p.m. in the Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95). Burial will be private. www.murphyfuneralhomes.org
