Elaine C. (Garrahan) Sheehan, 64, of Oakland Beach Ave., passed away Friday, February 28, 2014 at the West Shore Health Center.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Florence A. (Viets) Garrahan and the late John E. Garrahan, Sr. She was a retired property appraiser for the Tax Assessor’s Office, City of Providence.
She was the beloved mother of Elena L. (Sheehan) Bergsten; and the sister of John Garrahan III, Michael Garrahan, William Garrahan, Sharon Blake, and the late Wayne and James Garrahan.
