Ellen M. (DelGiudice) Hermanowski, 51, died Saturday, March 26, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Slawomir Hermanowski.
She was the daughter of the late John and Pauline “Polly” (Crohan) DelGiudice. Ellen was employed as a manager in the energy efficient division of National Grid. She had battled five different types of cancer over the past 31 years. Through it all, her infectious smile, which could brighten a room, and kindness to everyone made her loved by so many. She loved spending time with the family, camping, boating and traveling.
She was the devoted mother of Heather R., Jessica L. and Slawomir Hermanowski and the loving sister of Jeanne, John, Tony, Mickey, Mark, Timothy DelGiudice and Tiam Benoit.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 10 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane.
