Evelyn D. (Smith) Perreault, 96, passed away December 15, 2013 at home. She was the wife of the late Earl W. Perreault.
She was a daughter of the late Horace R. and Agnes U. (Pahline) Smith. Evelyn was an accountant for the Bright Ridge Dairy in East Providence and was a church school director at Trinity Episcopal Church in Cranston for 25 years. She had 30 years of service in the Girl Scouts and was a member of the Skyview Observatory. Also, she gave lectures at elementary schools about the moon.
Evelyn was the beloved mother of David E. Perreault, Shirley M. Brooke, and Carol E. Abrahams. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Ruth L. Atherstone and Charlotte A. Hawkins.
Her funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m. Information and condolences, visit TheQuinnFuneralHome.com
