Stephen James O’Neil V, born at 8:34 p.m. on New Year’s Day and weighing in at 7 pounds, 9 ounces, was the first baby born in 2013 at Kent Hospital. He is the child of parents Alicia Barnella and Stephen O’Neil IV, of Warwick.
