The Fooks Team, an award-winning sales team affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Warwick, was ranked among the top real estate teams in Rhode Island. The Fooks Team was ranked No. 4 by REAL Trends based on transactions closing 88 transaction sides in 2012.
To be considered by REAL Trends, individual agents had to close more than 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume. Sales teams had to close more than 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume.
With more than 35 years of combined experience, the Fooks Team has been successfully meeting the needs of homebuyers and sellers in the communities of Warwick, Coventry, Cranston, East Greenwich, North Kingstown and Providence.
