Frances C. (Kelly) Maxwell, 72, died Wednesday, March 1, 2017. She was the wife of the late Daniel J. Maxwell.
She was the daughter of the late Lawrence J. and Mabel J. (Sipples) Kelly. Her faith and her Irish heritage were important in her life and she cherished spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by three children, Pamela A. Blais, Debbie J. Kanterman and her husband, Alex and Daniel J. Maxwell and his fiancée, Capri Iaconelli; mother-in-law of Thomas Houllahan and grandmother of Kayla Kanterman, Kiley Maxwell, Kaci Kanterman, Mackenzie and Madison Houllahan. She was also the mother of the late Donna M. Houllahan and sister of the late Edward Kelly.
Her funeral will be held Monday, March 6, 2017 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Avenue. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 p.m.
