Frances E. (Oslakovic) D’Andrea, 93, formerly of Grand Avenue Warwick, passed away, Monday, January 30, 2017 at West View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Frederick E. D’Andrea, Sr.
She was a daughter of the late Ivan and Frances (Fresl) Oslakovic. She was employed as an eligibility technician for the State of Rhode Island, a member of the Croatian Fraternal Union, volunteer at Kent Hospital for 15 years and an original member and communicant of St. Kevin Church.
She was the mother of Fred D’Andrea, Patrice Levesque and Dean D'Andrea; grandmother of Sara McLaughlin, Rebecca Levesque, Ilaria D’Andrea, Lauren Mitchell, Christian D’Andrea and great-grandmother of eight. She was the sister of the late John Oslakovic, George Oslakovic, Violet Price and Ann Lukasik.
VISITATION will be held FRIDAY, February 10 from 4-7 p.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be private.
