Frances (Lavigne) Carnevale, 91 of Cranston, died March 11, 2014 at the Kent Regency in Warwick.

She was the wife of the late Thomas S. Carnevale.

Frances, was born in Warwick, a daughter of the late Conrad and Ethel (Fish) Lavigne. She was a receptionist for the Precision Industries for over 7 years before retiring in 1962. Mrs. Carnevale, was a singer with the former Warwick Singers, and also a singer in The Rythymaires, and the R.I Sound. She was a member of All Saints Church and Choir, she was a singer in Sunny Seniors. She was also a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.

Mrs. Carnevale was the mother of Gerald R. Carnevale of Warwick, Cynthia A. Montgomery of Orange Park Florida. She was the grandmother of Jason Montgomery, Catherine Carnevale, Corrine Carnivale, Angelina Carnevale, Cassandra Carnevale, Gabriella Carnevale. She was the great-grandmother of two.

Mrs. Carnevale was the mother of the late Thomas A. Carnevale.

A funeral service for Mrs. Carnevale, will be held Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in The Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Ave., Warwick, RI, burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
